I’m Dr. Kareem Moncree-Moffett, a Cincinnati education leader, author, nonprofit founder and Realtor. My work centers young people, families and communities whose voices deserve to shape the decisions that affect them.

With a PhD in Educational Studies, board leadership experience and a lifelong commitment to equity, I bring practical insight and an open heart to public conversations about education and opportunity.
